The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced a major recruitment drive under CRP RRBs XV Recruitment 2026 for various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India.
Eligible candidates can apply for Group “A” Officers (Scale-I, Scale-II and Scale-III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose).
A total of 13,706 vacancies have been announced, including 352 posts in Assam.

🎓 Educational Qualification
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB.
- Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, IT, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
- Proficiency in the local language is required.
- Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
Officer Scale-II
Different specialist positions require relevant educational qualifications and professional experience.
